I have a couple of sites running Version 2.7, and need to migrate to a different server.  Do you know if Version 2.7 sites will work on a server running PHP Version 5.2.14?

If not, are there any "quick fixes" that could be implemented as I transition to the latest version?

Thanks

Hello,

better is to upgrade your sites to WB2.8.2 SP2. This can be done by simply using the whole 2.8.2SP2 package and the included upgrade-script.

If you are interested, i just work on a additional howto wich exactly describes the procedure and also the additional cleaning of old outdated and nevermore needed files.

Websitebaker 2.7 works good with PHP 5.2.x. You need at least version 2.8.1 to make use of PHP 5.3.

Please remember: Even PHP 5.3 is not the newest PHP branch as PHP 5.4 is now in late Release Candidate phase.

Matthias,

Sounds great - is there a link to the 'howto procedure' or is it included with the WB2.8.2 SP2 download?

Thanks
