When a long-content page is loaded register_frontend_m odfiles function doesn't work. Fromtend css is not loaded and a page is not valid

The frontend.css is added to the output that is sent to your browser. The browser should pick it up.
When looking in the browsers sourcecode you should be able to see if the frontend.css is included.

If you can share a link of the page we could have a look too.

http://www.mkidn.gov.pl/pages/strona-glowna/dziennikarze/chopin2010.php. If the content were reduced a css style included inside of the body would be located in the head

I can promise you that the long content is not the cause of a frontend.css not being included.

What modules are used in that page that should add their frontend.css?

searchtools is an admintool with an extra script to include in templates.

The package has no frontend.css. The css (tagcloud.css) for it is always included in the output by the script.
