installation wizard , my sql error

I cant get past the installation wizard. It says: 

Error: Database host name, username and/or password incorrect. MySQL Error: Access denied for user 'roel'@'localhost' (using password: YES)

I deleted and recreated a SQL database and tried again, it still does not work. Does anyone have a solution?

Your Webhoster, since he is the one managing the Server side. maybe you just didn't wait long enough for the user to get active though.
