Help, hacked now back-end gone

I could not log in this morn.  and My details were not being sent, said email was not recognized. I checked DB and found the email address had been changed to something I don't know.  I changed it back, deleted the DB on server, imported the fixed DB.  I was able to log on but now the back-end only shows me preferences.  No other options.

What happened?  How do I get the back-end back???

Make sure you use the latest WB version. Use a password that is strong. Maybe you aren't hacked but someone just guessed or knew your account details? And if you're hacked, please tell us what version you use.

Your current account clearly has no admin rights. You'd best copy good working admin account details from the database of a good working fresh WB install into the database of your site.

Also check if your folder and file rights are right. Maybe you left a door open somewhere.
