Hi,

my webhost, have apparently made some changes to the hosting server, so i cant access the admin page of any of my 5 wb sites!

I cant even get to the login page.

Is it possible to identify the wb version number from one of the files (through ftp)?

I though of running the install script again to fix the problem, but then I need the version number first.

Or

Does anyone know what could be wrong when I cant even access the login page?

Try accessing www.yourserver.com/admin/login/index.php directly.

If that works, ask your host what they have been changing. It might be the result of some php-security thing.

its not working...

or more specific:

When I wrote in the direct url, I could get to that page, but after login, it got 100% blank page, no errors.

As an extra info, i know the webhost has upgraded their mysql but this shouldnt do anything to this.

Do you have access to an errorlog? (hosting controlpanel)
WB sends you from /admin to /admin/login/index.php by sending a new header to the browser.
The same for after logging in. A redirection to the main admin page is done.

If anything was already sent this will not work and an error should be written in the errorlogs.

no errorlog in the webhost control.

But I have access to phpmyadmin.

But after login, I have tried to enter .../admin/index.php  and /admin/preferences/index.php

All blanks

Try going directly to:

./admin/settings/index.php?advanced=yes

and set the errorlevel to E_ALL

Back to the first question.

From the files in the ftp, can I identify which version of WB is installed on the host?

then I will try to copy a installation script, in the right version, to the host.

Thx viper.

According to Ruud, my sites on that host have been hacked the 13. sep.

So I have to clean up some of the php's.
