Hello,

I am a new user to Website Baker. I have read through the various documents and have been unable to locate the answer I am looking for (if I have overlooked my answer may I please be directed via URL so that I may continue my project). I have recently been assigned the webmaster position for the MADD website (http://madd.ca/vancouver/) and I have been attempting to alter the look of the entire website but I cannot determine how to change the "outer region" of the website. The horizontal, red title banner and the vertical, red button box do not seem to have any coding within the website baker administration control panel. Is there something that I am overlooking? or are these areas preset when the website is created? If this is so is there a way for me to alter them while maintaining the ease of updating the news feeds for other members of the MADD chapter to post. Also, does Website Baker support flash files or is it mainly html based?

Thank you for your time,
Anthony

Hello, quick-help: look into the templates-folder.
In the index.php or template.css of your template "round" you will find answers. Change with a editor like e.g. notepad++.

Thank you dbs. I think it's safe to assume that to access the index.php or template.css I must have access to the ftp folder and not just the online module? Thank you as well for the tip on an editor to use.

Anthony.

yes, per ftp ...

but also in the admin-panel. you need the module "addon file editor" for that (after installation to find under Admin-Tools).

Personally I didn't see anything wrong with it but I have updated the title to be more specific to my question. Also does Website Baker support flash? It has been several years since I have made/added flash to a website so I am unsure of how I would go about incorperatng it into the code or the wysiwyg settings on the MADD website.

Thanks again!

Yes, you can add Flash components to a WB site by putting it into a template, or in a Code section, or in a WYSIWYG section.
