config.php.new

Unpacking 2.8.2_sp1 I found config.php.new instead of the regular config.php
The install page gave config.php as not present.
I changed config.php.new to config.php and installed WB without any problem.

What is the reason for the renaming of the config.php?

The 'config.new.php' was introduced to prevent 'config.php' being overwritten during a system update.
From next release 'config.new.php' will be renamed automaticly by installer.
