Hi,

just released the 2.0 version of the VA Demosite Template for Website Baker.

The template has advanced CCS and jQuery additions, with buttons, checkboxes
and so on, which makes it a smooth stylish template. It has 7 sections to publish
content in, and the ability to publish in two columns as well.

The CSS classes for each module are in separated files, very clean and structured
to work with... To have the best result also install the listed (modified) modules.

Click the link to go to the download page. Note the website is also with this new template.

Cheers,

Tez

Nice template!

There is a php error because of a function easymultilang_menu(); in line 100

the function show_menu is not recommended

I dont think "demosite" is a good name for a template..

Thanks!

The easymultilang issue is not showing up here... and works perfectly in a way,
why you don't recommend the "show_menu"... I use it often and works perfectly
and I think even the "standard" call function from the "manual" Wink

The name... yeh it's not that shiny... but as the template is the Demowebsites' one,
it was named after that, maybe I'll develop the template furthermore on a different
name, but basicly I offer this template as advanced CSS and jQuery framework to do
this with.

Cheers,

Tez

Hello,

Quote
don't recommend the "show_menu"

Show_menu is outdated and if you use it with 2.8.2 you may have some problems. Also the output code isn't valide in some cases.

Better is you use Show_menu2 instead.

The error is because easymultilang is probably not installed... in that case just comment the php tag

Updated to version 2.1 - Minor tag issue, added info and updated preview image.
It's recommended to update previous version!

hi, the css3 box-shadow looks in IE9 not good.

It's not a clean solution... but till next release of the template this will do it for now...

<meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=EmulateIE8" >

The template has been tested cross-browser... Opera, Safari, Firefox and Explorer and classes are all proved and up-to-date... but yeh as Explorer only recently added some CSS3 features... it will take some time... again before it will work.

Next release (version 3) will be available for download in a few weeks and is on some points rewritten like fluid-sizing divs, Webfonts and the ability to have multiple 'Schemes' in one template.
