Variables inside frames

Could not find any english info that wb had been used with frames

I'd like to use it inside intranet like site ( no need to be SEO )
 so that wb can also include one or two external sites, but when visitor opens them, it must stay in wb site so that the top "return to index" link is always visible.

I think of frames and frameset rows 100px, * and top frame including the return link.

But the wb defines and functions does not work inside the frames php files that are in my template.

HOW do i include the wb framework with those php files (without actual content)

Okay, it seems that colorbox with iframe option is much more better
