Glosarry with search result?

Hello guys...i there any module on baker that can sort our posting based on First Character of the post title..
it looks like Glosarry module but linking with search result...

this is for sample

so there are
A B C D E F G H I J K L M N O P Q R S T U V W X Y Z

If i click "A" so it will show all post which the title begin from "A" Character....
If i click "W" so it will show all post which the title begin from "W" Character.... and so on...
