When I use the form module in WB 2.8.2 RC5 (rev. 1436) I have 2 problems:
1. When a visitor takes a bit too long entering data in the form, after sending there is an error "SECURITY OFFENCE! ACCESS DENIED!!". Only when you enter the data straight way quickly, there is no error.
2. When the form is sent succesfully, the submission is not delivered to the webmaster, but only to the database and the sender.

I'm getting fed up with this new security stuff...

Could you specify the "A bit too long"?

The form has the FTAN security code, stored in a session. If the session times-out you would get this error.
Also opening any other form simultaneous that uses the FTAN (like backend editor?) will destroy the FTAN, causing this message.

Not sending emails is a different story.
There can be many reasons (like: using Windows servers with a "From Name" set will fail because of the mail PHP library for Windows)

I had my admin open on the page where my form is, but I was not actually working on the form, so there was no other form open. Closing the admin solved the security error, so it seems. I wish I could remove or disable this security crap, as it annoys the hell out of me. It severely impacts the usability of WB.

I just got them, about 30 minutes after sending the form. I guess there were stuck in a spam filter or something. It seems it's not a form module fault after all.

I have same problem with 2 option. When the form is sent succesfully, the submission is not delivered to the webmaster, but only to the database and the sender.

Any comment with this?

This is an older thread and about a RC version. Please open a new thread if you have this problem on the current official release (not a previous version, a beta or RC). Thanks.

I'll close this thread now.
