Page Errors

I've made no changes, however every new page I create comes up as www.fightgymalbury. com.au/testimonials instead of the usual www.fightgymalbury. com.au/pages/testimonials.php

Also, when I visit www.fightgymalbury. com.au/testimonials I get the following error:

All the "view page" icons on the PAGES section also display the address www.address.com/news but none of them work.

Server settings in WSB had mysteriously disappeared.
