Module for Testimonials?

Any idea if there is a module already made that could be used to add Testimonials to a website?  I'm thinking to have a page listing all testimonials (paginated) and also a "write a testimonial" page with a form.  That testimonial goes into the database "unapproved" and then the web admin back-end could have an approval system, add, edit and delete?  Has this sort of been made anywhere already that can just be tweaked or would i have to try and do this from scratch?

This module (based on Form-Module 2.7 or 2. will present all entries in a list, like guestbook, feedback or testimonials).
