Hi all,

Could someone please help me with this problem:
I have some (hidden) pages with explanatory text and images in WYSIWYG-sections.
I want to have a (visible) page with keywords as hyperlinks, each of them connected to one of the sections above.

Is it possible to open a fancybox / colorbox / lightbox-window or anything alike, and show the content of an entire WYSIWYG-section inside this window?

I was thinking of using the [ShowSection] droplet in combination with [fancybox], but Im breaking my head for days already on how to create the correct links on the visible page.

So, what I am looking for is a way to click on a link on a page and let a modal window open that shows the contents of an entire WYSIWYG-section.

Any help would be very much appreciated!

The FancyBox example shows two ways to do this...
various1 displays content from a div on the same page
and various3 shows the content from a web page.

If you use the first technique you will need to have the content loaded on your page in a hidden div.

If you want to use the third technique you will need to create a php page that gets the content from the database and returns that - the php page will need to be "source" coded, not created with WB.

...uses the second technique with pretty photo, not fancy box.

Hi PurpleEdge,

Thank's a lot for your explanation!
I found out that I could make use of the first method, in combination with the droplet [ShowSection].
This worked!
