if i remember correctly, if you want to install clean wb, you should open your root http://site.domain.com/ and not http://site.domain.com/install  , and instalation form will appear.

cheers

Hi pulsarx,

Just out of curiosity, try the following instead:

http://site.domain.com/wb/install

If it works, you may have to move all your files in the wb folder up one level.

Best regards,

Michael

Hello,

http://site.domain.com gives just empty   Index of /

and  http://site.domain.com/install/ or http://site.domain.com/wb/install  gives custom error:

http://custom404error.com/..

Have you tried http://site.domain.com/wb/   huh
and are all the files there huh

You are NOT supposed to go the /install folder, this will generate errors.

yes, tried http://site.domain.com/wb/  - gives custom error, but I have no folder 'wb', as I moved all files from it into the root directory, then removed 'wb' folder.

update: solved. Problem was due htdocs directory was removed (where files should reside), after restoring this directory and moving files there problem was solved.
