Problems upgrading to 2.2.3

I've just updated my site to the new WB version but encountered some problems.
You include some empty directories (empty except a CVS subdir).
For example
templates/default
and
modules/downloads
modules/bookmarks
This is really a bug because if one of these were installed in a previous version, then it's not possible to upload these directories as the ftp user (they were created by WB which means by user wwwrun or equivalent).
If they were not used before however, one gets error messages when opening the respective admin pages - because WB can't find the required files.

Wow, so I did! I am sorry I didn't even notice - this has never happened before. I am releasing some minor bug-fixes in 2.2.3-b - stay tuned
