Member module

Hello,

I'm using the member module for a restaurant. As shown at the site http://websitebaker.at/wb/module/members.html you can show your members the asian way. This mean don't show the pictures.

I want to use this option but i can't figure out how i can remove the picture from the list. If no picture is selected the module show the standard picture.

I have done some reading but my german isn't so good. i guess it is something simple but i can't discover how.
