The title tells it all i guess

Is it possible to make the reade more link just as smart as in th newsmodule

I need it to appear in anynews when there is a long newsdescription but when there is no long description, the read more link should not be visible.

The newsmessages for the website i need this for are 50% only short descriptions so with the anynews people will get links to blank pages
