Hello,

very interesting.

Would you like to give further information how the module works, how to set up etc.

Thanks.

Stefek,

The Prayer Request Module is a simple module which presents the visitors with a form that includes, Name, E-Mail, Requests, and Private fields.  Once submitted,  the information is saved and an email is sent out to the person specified in the configuration.   The ability to send email can be disabled.

Once the request is submitted, if the user has selected "No" on the private field,  the request can be added to the page for 60 days in the back-end.   Also, I have added the ability to extend the time.

One other feature is the ability to run the visitor's IP and email address through stopforumspam's database.  When this is turned on,  the system will not allow anyone who is in the Stop Forum Spam's database from adding a prayer requests.

In the configuration,  multiple email address can be added by sperating them with a semicolon; for example:  johndoe@someaddress.com;janedoe@somewhere.com

This seems to function like a social mailer, which would be great if you could have it email all registered users at once in a BCC:

Does anyone know if that is possible?

Thanks,
