system error 110 when installing websitebaker

Hi, when im installing websitebaker i get the followin message:
Error: Database host name, username and/or password incorrect. MySQL Error:
Lost connection to MySQL server at 'reading initial communication packet', system error: 110

hostname, database name and password are correct (copy and pasted them)

Does anyone know what's wrong?

This is a Server issue, please contact your hosting provider, he will be the one able to help.
