is there a way not admin to use caption slider admin tools ?

something i don't understand in wb is why some modules are avalaible only in admin tools while they are by design to be used by some content editors users.

One example is the very usefull caption slider that is in admin tools, have no permission management but need to be filled by one user content editor.
if this user is not an admin he can not access caption slider... and no need for this user to access others  admin tools

is there something i missed in the users management or is it a wb by design function ...

is it that modules like caption slider should be a page module instead of admin tools... ?

Hello, it is not posible with the current version.
But, as I read on the forums, the next version of WB will allow you to assign specific admin-tools to usergroups.
