I've upgraded from 2.7 to 2.8.1.  The front side of the site seems okay, but when I try to access the admin I get

Template Error: set_root: /home1/lkcwebne/public_html/southsidemarineandauto.com/templates//templates is not a directory.
Halted.

It looks like there's an error calling for templates//templates, but I have no idea what might be calling that in.

I tried re-uplloading all files and I still get the same message when I try to enter the backend:

It's been down awhile now.  Does anyone have any suggestions?

I have wb 2.7

Is there script to update it to 2.8.x ?

And more important, what problems have you came up when doing so ?
