leeres <h1> zeichen

Ich hab bei mit im Quelltext ein leeres <h1><br/></h1> Zeichen, und das auf jeder Seite.

Aber in der Template index finde ich nichts, wo kann der Fehler liegen?

Well ...
There are a couple of reasons for it - mostly "copy n' paste" out of "word" at all
As i view the html-output-source on some of your pages, i regonize a lot of messed "Microschrott-Word" Stuff, that
mess all up and produce __many__ problems at all.
Another question is, what wysiwyg-editor you are using and/or any droplets involved in the process at all?
Also - WB Version could be helpfull to know - and where you've got/downloaded the one you use is from.

Erstmal habe ich festgestellt, dass metatags im body bereich liegen. Erstmal das Template in der Basis valide machen.

Vor allem wäre es hilfreicher die Template Seite zu posten. Bei deinem Link ist das Template ja bereits compilliert.. (heisst das so?)
