Changing colors in ALL CSS 2

Hi everyone

I want to change the background color inside the body? main part? of my page - the part where the actual wysiwyg content goes.

Now its background white and black text - I want that switched around but I'm not sure where to change it to achieve this?

I still cannot find the place in the all_css_2 screen.css file where I can change the text color of my webpage.
I've found where to change the background color though.

Any help available?
