I am trying to add a menu link in my footer menu called Home but get error... A page with the same or similar title exists, All i want is a menu link to home page, is there a way around this or I am doing it wrong.

If the page "home" does exist, it can not be created. In general the menu-link is a page (in the context of websitebaker) as well. So, you either need to call it in a different way (maybe "back home"?) or hardcode it into your template.
