Help, i need module like News 3.5

Hi, i need module like News 3.5, independent to news module,
with additional fields as the attached photo and if possible with a form upload,
with 3 fields for upload files, with name, file and directory
to upload like download gallery, someone is willing to give me an estimate on cost for the construction of the module?

You should have a go with Bakery.
Just ignore the fact that it is a shopping cart and use it straight away as a kind of Catalogue Module.

It has 3 custom fields and you can also upload images to articles.

Bakery's not good, it is difficult to use other people, I need a module similar to news 3.5, with added fields, without uploading files to upload can i use the CKEditor, i tried to create a similar but must always conflicts with news 3.5.

comment out the not needed options in the modify.php and it will work as you like ...
