Hi. WB looks great. How much work should it take for an experienced web programmer to set up WB on our exsting website?

I think I'm asking a very simple question, but since I'm an inexperienced layman let me clarify, just in case:

We already have a site built ,with a menu bar along the top and a logo along the side of each page.

Until now, every time we wanted to add a page of content, we sent it to the webmaster, who added it manually.

We want to set up WB, so that we can add pages, (of course!). Each page should still have the logo and menu bar (it doesn't matter exactly what the menu bar looks like though).

How much work should this be?

Thanks very much!

It depends mostly on how sophisticated the site structure is in current state and if (and how many) changes are needed.
For experienced users it may be a matter of hours or days. But sometimes things appear simpler (at the first glance) than they are.

A link to your current site would clarify a lot.
Maybe its just a matter of minutes wink

Our website is www. allstarisrael. com  .
As you'll see there, there's a logo and a menu bar and stuff along the top and side.
We just want that to be the way each new page looks, so that we put content in the big white area.
What should we expect this to take?
Thanks!!

I think it's a matter of minutes, maybe an hour if there is a bottle of Vodka on my desk evil

Very strange, there is some "class="section_anchor" " in the html, but url and signup process don't seems to be regular WebsiteBaker elements, and menu layout is different on some pages...

Perhaps site skin was made by "copy & paste" from a WebsiteBaker site.

Or perhaps it's another crappy fork from a very outdated version of WB.

Better check again. It is (at least partly) a WB site already. I think the TS asked someone to change the whole thing into WB and thinks that guy is taking too long.

By the way: the claims about changing the mentioned site into a WB environment within minutes: I challenge you to do that. Because that's nonsense. WB is easy to set up, but nobody can do that within a few minutes.

Yes, I think exactly this happened.

I still have this page in my browsers history and it is a 'GPL cracked' version of WB.
