Hi everybody,

On some websites (but not all, while they're all with the same hosting company) I get an internal server error when saving a changed index.php file from my template using AFE. Does anybody have the same problem or, better yet, knows how to solve it?

Thanks in advance!

Doesn't anybody have the same problem? Or does anybody know where to start searching for a solution to the problem?

Hello,

Have you activated the ftp support from AFE?

In older versions, there was an option to do this, but in the current version (1.1.2) there is no such option anymore. Or at least, I can't find it.

Thanks for the reply. I looked at the helpfile and everything is ok. The only thing is that I can't change the index.php file from my template. CSS files are ok. It doesn't say anything about this in the help file.

FTP support is also in the 1.1.2 Version but it is only displayed if it is needed (different ftp and wwwrun user). So if you don't see the ftp support you should be able to edit all files with your wwwrun user permissions.

If a index.php from your template cannot be stored (changed), please check with your ftp client the permissions. Maybe the index.php ist set to noone (chmod 444).

It was set at 644. But even at 777 I get the error. It's driving me crazy!

I found out that I had to add a .htaccess file with the following command:
SecFilterEngine Off
SecFilterScanPOST Off

Now it works like a charm. Thanks for pointing me towards the server logs!
