I really like the design, branding colours/images, and look (very clean) of the site.

My only worry would be that those visitors who are not as design savvy might totally miss the "Related Projects" links and the "<<" ">>" links along the right hand side, and might miss seeing ALL of the amazing work they offer.  Which would be a shame.
