First of all your site is violating the license agreement by having the copyright notice removed from the backend:

WebsiteBaker is released under the GNU General Public License

If you want to have help, change this.

Hi Kweitzel,

I'm having a curious day  smiley - how can you tell that the copyright notice is removed from the backend?

Have a look for yourself then ... he posted the Validator URL which includes the Site URL ... the rest you should know by now.

I'm sorry, I'm still in the dark?

The reason I am interested is because I see quite a few websites around that have hints that they are WebsiteBaker sites and I was wondering if there is some other indicator that is more reliable?

I know of at least one development team that has re-badged WB as their own, and there is no link on their site/admin login to the open source license but in another thread it was deemed to be legal?

The "fault" lies within your editor. Try saving the file in UTF-8 without BOM (Byte order mark). Otherwise it seems to be OK to me.

And thanks for the prompt eraction to the license issue.

cheers
