Sections of child

First, sorry for my bad english, i have this situation:
page:
Home(WYSIWYG)
Childs:Banner(WYSIWYG),have 2 sections for exemple (Title(WYSIWYG),Text(WYSIWYG))
         Partners(WYSIWYG)

Tree:
-Home
  -Banner
     -section Title
     -section Text
  -Partners

Now for exemple i am on Home page, and here i want to extract value of Section Title that is the child of Home page.
My question is: Can i print the child section value ?? how??

you can use section picker or section picker droplet to display section from any page anywhere..
