Changing Posts on the News page

I would like to make two changes to my news page posts:

• I would like left justify rather than full justify
• I would like to remove the "Read More" link. My posts to this page will all be just a paragraph or two and there will be no need for this link.

I have looked for where to change the code, but to no avail.
