I'm looking at CMS solutions for a student website.

I basically need a CMS that can handle multiple users and where each of these have their own page and only edit that page.

That's the basics.

If possible I as the admin must be able to make a front page which presents the education these student are taking and if possible I would like to have latest student projects which they upload to their individual pages shown on the front page.

How much of this can be done with websitebaker? From what I have seen so far installing I would then have to create individual groups for each student so that they cannot edit each others pages?

Hello,

yes, it's possible.
Every user get's his own group, and you set a site on "Private" and only the regarding group can admin this site.
Latest changes to sites you can define with several droplets / modules.

Thanks for your answer. What about media upload. Is it possible to set a folder for each student and them being able to manage their own files only. As far I can see the delete permission is global?
