Guestbook module not working

Hello,

I installed the Guestbook module, cleared my cache but after entering my name, email message and captcha,

I systematically get the error message:

Error: Column 'ip_addr' cannot be null
Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at C:\xampp\htdocs\wb\modules\guestbook\gstbk_save.php:189) in C:\xampp\htdocs\wb\modules\guestbook\gstbk_save.php on line 213

Further info:

- WB version 2.8
- Server: localhost via TCP/IP
- Apache/2.2.14 (Win32) DAV/2 mod_ssl/2.2.14 OpenSSL/0.9.8l mod_autoindex_color PHP/5.3.1 mod_apreq2- 20090110/2.7.1 mod_perl/2.0.4 Perl/v5.10.1

Any ideas ?
