Hello all  I've spent the last 3 hours pouring thru threads, searching and patching but am not able to get the captcha to let anything thru my mpform submission. I am posting this under a new thread because I don't know if this is a captcha or a mpform issue. Please feel free to move to appropriate thread if needed.

I've tried everything including disabling it completely from admin tools in the backend and no luck. Always the same message in red "Please complete or correct the fields in red color!". Which of course is the captcha verification.

I've read about a patch in the mpform thread but the only thing I can find is the class.wb patch for WB2.8 in framework which I did add. Again not working.

I am using version 2.8 on a linux server with php5 and mpform 0.4.1. The captcha version is 1.0 and info says it is designed to work with WB 2.7 but it is the default that came as part of WB2.8.

I tried the default form that came with 2.8 and it worked okay but wanted more features so installed mpform and that's when captcha stopped working. I saw others in mpform forum with same issue were told to upgrade captcha. I am not able to find ANY mention of captcha or a patch for it in downloads or the AMASP site.

Can someone tell me if there is an upgrade to Captcha, where to find it if there is, or whether there is a secret to getting it to work with mpform. Or can you recommend a form module with just a llittle more features than the basic form that will use captcha without 3+ hours of tinkering.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Thanks you kweitzel . That was just what was needed. You certainly saved the day. Now that it's working, I'm off to the hairdresser to take care of that bald spot.
