News module - click on news, stay with that news item, not go to top of page

Hi,
I am using WB 2.8.1 and I have a page where I use the news module that is part of WB.  When I click on news heading or read more it jumps to the top of the page and you have to scroll down to the news/article that you clicked on. 

My question is, is there a way that when you click on the news article to read the whole article you stay at the top of the article like an anchor or id type of thing and not at the top of the page and then having to scroll down to the article again?
