urgent problem with the "multiflex-3" template

Hello

I'm Wouter, webmaster of a big Scout project for the World
Scout Jamboree delegation of Flanders, Belgium.

I made our website, www.jamboree2011.be (click the logo on the left),
sith the great template "multiflex-3" but i just discovered that the menu
doesn't work in Internet Explorer 8 on some computers.

Is there somebody who can tell me what i can do about that?
It's urgent because we just send out 15 000 brochures about
Jamboree, telling you can find more information on our website

in the head section of the template
