[Fixed] Link to bug reporting system from WB site results in 403 error

Hi,

I have a bug/feature request that I'm looking to file regarding SMTP secure mail support (see http://www.websitebaker2.org/forum/index.php/topic,17035.0.html).

From the page at http://help.websitebaker.org/pages/en/reporting-errors.php, under the heading "Reporting bugs via the bugtracker system" there is a link to the "WB project site" (http://projects.websitebaker.org/websitebaker2/report).  When clicking on that link, I get a 403 - Forbidden error and therefore can't report the bug.
