Hi I want a link to redirect to another site but have a message appear to say you are being redirected to...
how would I do this

See http://www.instant-web-site-tools.com/html-redirect.html , this will work if you have an existing HTML URL and want to send folks elsewhere.  You may need something else, depending upon your situation -- for instance if you are talking about a WB page.  If that is the case, you may need something like an Apache redirect or rewriterule.
