Hi,

I have a website with a new install of web 2.8 and I have an issue with form and verification code.  The form was set with verification code enable and the verification code was set to enable with images.  When clicking submit form I get this error message:

The verification number (also known as Captcha) that you entered is incorrect.  If you are having problems reading the Captcha, please email...........

The problem is that the code has been entered correctly  huh.

Does anybody know the solution to this error??

Your assistance very much appreciated.

Thanks
Kind regards

Hi,

I have not installed a form module, so it would be the default that comes with wb 2.8.  I am using the same on other site, this is the first time I am having this issue.

Thanks

Can you please check for errors in the servers error log and switch on the WB Error Reporting and then post anything you find please?

cheers

Hi,

The error reporting in wb, is that the 'php error reporting level'? If so I set that to E_ALL.  I enabled the form in both settings and form settings, tested, got the same message, downloaded error report.

The only error from today was: File does not exist: /home/virtual/site443/fst/var/www/html/HVSS

I don't know if this has anything to do with the form?

Cheers
