[FIXED] Search doesn't show any v's

Hi everybody,

I have just about finished a project. The search function is working as it should be. But there is one strange thing: in the search results it show all the letters of the alphabet, except for the letter "v". Has anyone seen this before? And more important, does anyone know how to fix it?

Sorry, i can't reproduce this bug on my side. Maybe it's a PHP Version bug? My PHP version 5.2.8 and 5.3.1

You are right, this issue wasn't fixed in actual branch, it's still present in rev 1301.
The bug-report was closed, so i didn't checked that further.

BTW: this bug appears with all PHP versions < 5.2.4

since the patch is somewhat outdated (7 month old) i checked out again how to fix this issue:
In search/search_modext.php, line 260 remove this line
