full hebrew pack for wb 2.8 including all RTL templates

well as i said i am now posting here all my work on the hebrew language translation,fixes and restyle to RTL of wb.

so these r the packs features :

1. full hebrew translation (back and front).
2. important fixes for hebrew users.
    - hebrew utf-8 encode search bug
    - insert UTF-8 to your db.
3. install page translated to hebrew and redirected to RTL.
4. all original WebsiteBaker templates redirected to RTL.

well i worked allot on that pack for u guys i hope that it will become native in the next release.

Extract the folders out of the zip file, and u have 3 sections.

# fixes - just drop the file from the folder contain it in the hebrew pack to your root wb folder.
# language files - just drop the file from the folder contain it in the hebrew pack to your root wb folder.
# templates - regular ad it to your website after installing it

lots of credit should go to :

* erez wolf - mostly worked on hes old files
* thorn - the hebrew search bug fix and the db utf-8 fix.

so enjoy it and if u find any bugs or something wrong with it just let me know.

Edit : all the files must be copied to the wb folder BEFORE the installation.

have u used it before u install wb or after ?

There was a bug in the RTL_argos template (any user could see all the sections) I fixed that.
The file is attached.
