module for artists and their work

Dear all,

I want to develop a website for a local art initiative. One of the functions is that we have an overview of the various artist and their work. Goal is to have a menu artists - showing the different artist - each artist would then have one page on which a bio and different photo's of their work are being presented.
Instead of making differnet WYSiWYG pages for each artist, is there not a module we can use (as the amount of artist as well as the photos of their work can grow in time)?
