New module: Caption Slider

I would like to have the latest stable version of the improved module. I don't need the extra sliding stuff, but only Ruud's original sliding effect. But I do like the extra admin features very much. I tried the 0.5 version but it seems a bit buggy. Not all settings work I think. So, please send me the latest stable version if you like. Thanks!

I just installed the new version, but I'm a bit overwhelmed at the options. The layout in the backend is rather complex and confusing and not very intuitive. Lots of misplaced form elements as well. But that aside, It's a very powerful version for those who want to have total control from the backend.

I think I found a bug: if you select to not show thumbnails, the slider shows some kind of transparant placeholder anyway.

yes there are too many options

this is why i have made a separate page module for users with some right management

admin tool manage groups information / settings ( and slides info if you want )

page tool publish slide in the allowed group and only have to fill content

i will open an other thread for caption slider extended explanation
