A Couple of Questions Regarding Using websitebaker

Hello,

First off like the look of this program quite easy to get around and to install modules etc...
Im a bit of a newb when it comes to Admin panels, but What I want to know is the following

1. is There anyway of having two menus, I want one menu with horizontial links to say sections,
and lets say u click on a link then the second menu only displays links from that section vertically beside the content.

2. Is there anyway of having previous and Next buttons linked to content but not acctully display in the menus?
Like u see on tutorial websites?
