The upgrade fails because of the newsmodule. Create a news page (set it to hidden or private ...) ans run the upgrade again.

What Klaus mean is, the news modul had to be installed. The upgradescript is missing the news table in database

The News-module isn't installed indeed. Is it possible to install the news-module, i can't find it on the addons page for downloading?

Hello!

Yes, unfortunately our add-ons site is not really up-to-date... Take a look here: http://www.websitebakers.com/pages/modules/listings/various/news.php
