2.8 Template Reload

In 2.7 and previous releases there was an option to reload templates, modules and languages. If you copied a template into the template directory the reload made the new template available for use in the system. I can't find this option in 2.8. How do I reload the templates under 2.8?

Thanks. Adds a bit of frustration when things move around. I tried to find out where it went by searching the doc and the forum but I couldn't find it. Is there an obvious place to find out what has changed (that I missed)?

Moved Admin-Tool reload from Admin-Tools to Addons Page (928)
Reloading addons (Modules, Templates, Languages) can now be done from advanced settings in addons section.
