Where are the flags icons

for Multilangual sites where are the flags to run the intro.php file

WB is a content management system, not a content library.
The admin themes will have small flags (11x11px), but for the rest;

Make them yourself, or use your favorite search engine to find flags. There are lots of them (also Public Domain) out there.
