The module FormX is out of maintenance and has some partly security relevant issues.
With the help of the modules Export Section and Migrate FormX it is now possible to migrate a form created as FormX to MPForm.

The latest version 0.2.0 of the Migrate FormX module, which is compatible with the current version of the mpform module, is now ready for download on the home page of the module.

Hi Frank,

I think I found a bug. After migration of FormX to MPForm, it just shows an empty page after submission of a form. So the "what to do after submission" function doesn't work. The results are not shown on the page, neither are you redirected to another page.

The results are saved though, and they are also sent to all email addresses set in the backend.

After looking at the database in phpMyAdmin, I noticed a difference in table name for the results, between "native" MPForms (mod_mpform_results_ xxx), and "migrated" MPForms (mod_mpform_results_ sectionxxx).

When I removed the "section"-bit from the tablename of the migrated MPForm, and submitted a form on the site, it all worked like it should.

See the screenshot of the two different table names. You can also see the inconsistancy between the number of submissions, and the combined number of results of the 2 MPForms on this site.
