Possible WB template?

Is it possible to transfer this template to WebsiteBaker and it be functional?

Also if it is possible would anyone be willing to transfer it to a viable WB template for me.  I will be willing to pay for that service of course.

Of course it's possible to make a functional WB template out of it (when it doesn't matter paying 60$ for the template itself + the transfer cost).
I don't know if it's allowed, but I think so.
Of course the animation is a flash, so it isn't excatly the same in WB (especially the animations...)
